Our assembly team continues to grow as we work to offer more solutions

Regular assembly includes tube forming and robotics to complete modules. We continually make significant investments in automation, robotics, and systems in order to improve our assembly services and customer satisfaction.

Door Assembly

Complete your door module with our in-house door assembly

Our team can manufacture all components and complete the door assembly. We understand the unique requirements that different industries have, and have assembled specialized fabricated components for the heavy truck, specialty vehicle, marine, recreational vehicle, and locomotive markets.

By assembling doors in-house, we can ensure that each part is properly installed and will maintain the correct alignment, eliminating failure due to incorrect assembly.

During door assembly we can mount window regulators, brackets, electrical components, window glass hardware, and more. We can do anything from partial to whole assembly of door modules.
